Love and death?
Neighbours' Toadie Rebecci is set to put his life on the line for sweetheart Steph Hoyland - by taking a bullet for her! The Erinsborough hero will be part of a tense stand-off in Steph's home as Katya Kinski's dodgy past comes back to haunt her. Toadie, Steph, Katya and youngsters Zeke and Charlie are all held captive by deranged Guy Sykes, but in the end, it's Toadie who suffers at the hands of gunman Guy - who shoots him in the back!
"This is the point where the attraction between Toadie and Steph develops into something deeper," explains our Ramsay Street source. "Seeing Toadie stare death in the face makes Steph realise just how much she cares about him. The question is: Will he survive to hear her confess her true feelings?"
